30-Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue so we can review it promptly.


Return Shipping

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use a shipping carrier of your choice.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


Damaged During Shipping

If your order was damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work quickly with you to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Olivia’s-MapleShop.com using the same email address you used to place the order.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s). Once received and processed at our facility, we will issue your refund.


Policy for Large Orders

We strive to ensure fair product availability for all customers. Therefore, we have specific guidelines for large purchases.

A large order is defined as:

  • Any single order containing more than 5 units, or

  • Orders exceeding a total value of $100, or

  • Multiple orders placed by the same customer that together exceed these limits.

Large orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless required by law.

If an order is identified as fraudulent or suspicious, we reserve the right to:
