Worldwide Shipping

Olivia’s Maple Shop proudly ships internationally. No matter where you are located, we strive to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Free Insured Shipping

We offer FREE insured shipping on orders over $40 USD.
To qualify, your cart total must exceed $40 after discounts and promotions are applied.

If your order total is below $40, standard shipping is available starting at $5.95 USD (rates may vary depending on destination).


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays

  • We do not offer same-day shipping

  • Express orders are prioritized but still require processing time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this confirmation.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.


Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

To allow for unforeseen delays, we recommend allowing:

  • 7–15 business days for U.S. deliveries

  • 7–18 business days for international deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


Important Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping and billing details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays of 1–2 additional business days.

Packages may be delivered to your mailbox, doorstep, or local post office depending on the carrier. In some cases, a signature may be required. The final delivery decision rests with the local courier.

For added security, we recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package (for example, a work address).


Tracking Information

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email (within 48 hours of placing your order).

  2. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 7–10 days to appear in some cases. Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed while your package is still in transit.

International Taxes & Duties

For customers outside the United States:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid in order to receive your package.

We ship international orders under DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) terms. This means applicable customs charges are collected by your local carrier or government.

If a courier (such as DHL) advances duties or taxes on your behalf to speed up delivery, you may receive an invoice for reimbursement, including a small administrative fee.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

At this time, Olivia’s Maple Shop does not ship to the following countries:

Albania, Algeria, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.
